Job Description:

Synechron is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong experience in Workday or SAP SuccessFactors to work with the Payroll Tech Testing team. The role involves implementing testing methods and processes for specific Payroll systems.

The Role:

The QA Engineer will collaborate with HR IT, Workday IT, Time Tracking, and ADP teams to develop automated integrated solutions supporting Payroll processes.

Other Duties:

• Adhere to SDLC methodologies for upgrades and compliance changes in Payroll/Time systems.
• Provide technical guidance to developers following secure coding standards in Java and other applications used in MS.
• Support integrations between HR/Payroll/Time applications globally.
• Liaise with internal partners to implement, manage, and optimize testing processes, and participate in meetings with external HR IT/Payroll IT vendors.
• Manage and advise Payroll IT teams during annual tech changes in ADP GV and Workday integrated solutions.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Experience testing in Workday and/or ADP GV environments.
• Understanding of Payroll processes and eTime applications.
• Experience testing Payroll applications.
• Basic knowledge of ADP GV or SAP payroll process testing related to HCM systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, MS Dynamics, or Oracle HCM.
