Domestic & General is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join the QA team in a permanent, full-time capacity (37.5 hours). The role offers flexible working with remote and office-based options and focuses on evaluating customer interactions across multiple channels to ensure compliant processes and positive customer outcomes.

• Proven track record delivering customer-focused outcomes in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse interactions and make decisions with confidence.
• Experience in Sales, Service or Quality Assurance.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to and evaluate customer interactions to ensure regulatory compliance and good customer outcomes.
• Ensure interactions are reviewed for accuracy and reflect information presented.
• Develop understanding of business processes to ensure consistent analysis of interactions.
• Identify and report recommendations to drive continuous improvement and good outcomes.
• Deliver feedback to support collaboration with Operations and Support functions.
• Identify potential customer or business detriment and take remedial actions to maintain good outcomes.
• Manage own workload and complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and adherence to procedures.
