You will work closely with the quality team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, while promoting a culture of quality. This role involves assisting in audits, managing documentation, and supporting training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Help maintain and improve the quality management system.
• Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
• Assist in preparing for and conducting audits.
• Manage and organize quality-related documents.
• Investigate and report on incidents and customer feedback.
• Support product recall operations.
• Monitor storage and transport conditions for products.
• Participate in supplier and client quality assessments.
• Prepare reports and participate in quality meetings.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and show initiative.
• Good understanding of quality standards and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
