Job summary

Sizewell C is offering two 12‑month Quality Industrial Placement Programme positions at our Suffolk offices. You will join the Quality team, learning through real on‑the‑job experience under a mentor, contributing to safe and high‑quality delivery on a major infrastructure project.

You'll gain experience in QA/QC processes, auditing, records management and continuous improvement, while developing professional skills and understanding how quality cultures are implemented in large nuclear

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• A genuine interest in quality, continuous improvement, and delivering excellence.
• An interest in working within major nuclear and infrastructure programmes.
• A passion for sustainability and contributing to a project that will make a lasting difference.
• Open‑minded, flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an eye for detail.
• Effective interpersonal skills, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, humility and strong ethical behaviour.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a variety of stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn through hands‑on experience under guidance of skilled colleagues.
• Gain insight into how quality assurance and quality control are applied across a major infrastructure project.
• Support the delivery of safe, compliant and high‑quality outcomes.
• Engage in auditing and compliance activities, documentation and records management.
