Evolve Personnel seeks a Quality Assurance Manager for a manufacturing operation in the Dudley area. You will oversee the Quality Management System and lead efforts to maintain product quality to meet internal and external requirements.

You will promote a culture of quality, drive improvements, review customer requirements, and manage audits and certification processes. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Lead/QA manager.
• Proven ability to resolve quality issues.
• Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment (ideally foundry).
• Experience of the audit process.
• Experience managing customer complaints, non-conformances and returns.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of quality and implement processes to support improvement.
• Lead quality initiatives and foster ownership.
• Embed improvement into all processes.
• Review customer requirements and identify improvements.
• Drive targeted improvements to eliminate non-conformances.
• Track effectiveness of improvements and corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation to support product development.
• Implement corrective actions and oversee certification processes.
