Job summary

ALTEN is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure projects comply with the ALTEN Delivery Framework (ADF) and meet client expectations. The role focuses on managing quality KPIs, continuous improvement, audits, and client relationships on quality-related matters.

The QAM drives operational excellence and client satisfaction by coordinating with Cluster Leaders, PMs, PDs, and TDs, and by ensuring alignment with internal processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in quality or project/sub-project management.
• Experience with ISO 9001/EN 9100 and other relevant standards.
• Mastery of audit methods: preparation, execution, follow-up actions.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ALTEN Delivery Framework and client expectations.
• Manage quality KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead client relations on quality matters and coordinate with internal teams.
