Quality Assurance Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 – Maidenhead, Berkshire

Potensis Selection is pleased to partner with an award-winning house builder, seeking to expand their team by recruiting a Quality Manager.

The Role:

1. Conduct regular site inspections at key stages of the build programme.
2. Perform pre-occupation inspections to ensure high-quality standards before handover to customers.
3. Collaborate with the site management team to implement remedial works and schedule re-inspections.
4. Provide regular feedback to the Construction Director regarding quality issues.
5. Support the site management team in mitigating recurring quality issues and promoting best practices.
6. Produce monthly reports for each development for inclusion in Board papers.
7. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience working for a residential house builder in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of new build warranty standards and regulations, with practical application in quality inspections.
• Understanding and application of health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and excellence.
