The role is based at Bush House on the King’s Strand Campus, with occasional travel to other campuses. You will be part of the Quality Assurance Team within the Faculty Education Team, responsible for setting education delivery direction, quality assurance, and student support.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence quality assurance at King’s. The Quality Assurance Manager will support academic and professional services teams in delivering quality assurance and compliance processes for the faculty’s programmes and modules. You will help implement the new curriculum management system, manage the quality assurance framework, and oversee the module and programme approval processes.
Candidates should have experience managing quality assurance processes or education programmes, strong attention to detail, and stakeholder relationship skills. The role is hybrid, full-time (35 hours/week), with a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2026.
Essential criteria include a degree or equivalent experience, experience in higher education administration, excellent communication skills, data literacy, proactive attitude, task management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to interpret complex regulations.
Desirable criteria include experience in committee servicing, line management, project management, using student record systems (e.g., SITS), and professional development evidence.

Salary: £44,355-£51,735 per annum including London Weighting Allowance.
