Qualifications

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

1. Candidate Profile: Experienced Quality Assurance Manager / Quality Manager from a manufacturing, engineering, mechanical, or electronics environment.
2. Responsibilities:
3. Drive improvements in all aspects of quality assurance across the organisation & supply base.
4. Champion and foster a culture of continuous improvement through internal auditing, working with process leaders to identify tools that increase efficiency & productivity.
5. Monitor and report on production and in-service quality issues both internally and externally.
6. Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and lead corrective and preventative actions with suppliers.
7. Manage the Engineering Change Request (ECR) procedure.
8. Utilize process mapping and quality management tools.
9. Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification.
10. Experience with electromechanical assembly, mechanical, electrical, software systems, and manual assembly processes.
11. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
12. Proficient in quality analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Why, lean manufacturing.
13. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate problem-solving with production staff and suppliers.
14. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
