Yolk Recruitment Ltd is supporting a precision manufacturing business in Bridgwater to recruit an experienced Quality Manager. You will own quality operations, drive standards across the site, and shape quality performance for world-class products delivered to a global customer base.

In this hands-on role, you will maintain and enhance the quality management system, lead continuous improvement, and ensure compliance across production, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

• Senior quality professional in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience in Aerospace or Medical is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies

Responsabilités

• Lead quality activities across the site, driving improvements in standards and performance
• Maintain and enhance compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements
• Act as main point of contact for customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage non-conformances, root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and systems
• Support Health & Safety responsibilities and promote a positive safety culture
• Collaborate with production to improve efficiency and embed quality throughout manufacturing
• Analyze quality data using tools such as SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, 8D, and Pareto analyses
