Job summary

Yolk Recruitment are supporting a leading manufacturing business with the recruitment of a QA Team Leader. This is a hands-on quality leadership role where you'll lead the day-to-day QA function, support and develop the QA team, and make sure products meet customer, legal and internal quality standards.

You'll also be involved in GMP, audits, quality control, continuous improvement and working closely with Production to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or similar manufacturing quality role.
• Experience leading, supervising or developing a team.
• Knowledge of GMP, quality standards and audits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QA functions across the department.
• Support and develop the QA team and ensure quality checks and audits meet standards.
• Collaborate with Production to resolve quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor KPI performance.
• Oversee line performance and ensure proper labeling and compliance.
