Job summary

Group55 is seeking a senior Quality Assurance leader to drive the QA strategy, governance and QMS improvements across the organisation. The role spans Group55 and its supply chain, ensuring accreditation readiness and robust complaint handling.

You will lead NCR/CAPA activities, investigate root causes and enforce corrective actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Based in Chorley, this office-based role offers 37.5 hours weekly with a profit-share bonus after a qualifying

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of QA within FMCG/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with external accreditations and audits (ISO 22716, ISO 9001 or similar).
• Proven leadership in QA with audit and CAPA experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead QA strategy, governance framework and QMS improvements.
• Maintain accreditations and ensure audit readiness and closure of audit actions.
• Lead NCR, CAPA, root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide customer-facing QA support for complaints and investigations.
• Review customer requirements and ensure proper implementation with managers.
