Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals.
• Champion a quality-first mindset across the organization.
• Collaborate to investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Own quality control procedures and ensure compliance.
• Manage audits and inspections with corrective actions.
• Oversee testing protocols including microbiological tests.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Assess and approve raw materials and equipment.
