Quality Assurance Investigator

Opportunities now exist with a leading medical equipment manufacturer for Quality Assurance Investigators to join their busy laboratory team.

This is initially a temporary 6-month position, with the opportunity to become a permanent staff member.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Investigation into product failure, fault finding and rectification using in-house computer systems/software.
2. Conduct investigations on customer returns, identifying trends in product issues found during investigations and highlighting to management.
3. Meet division goals for timeliness of quality investigations and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Keep up to date with the development of new products across the business and support activities required for new product launch.
5. Follow company Health and Safety policies.

Skills & Experience

• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous production or quality control experience.
• Good communication skills - verbal and written.

Night Shift

Working 4 nights on and 4 nights off: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
