Job Description:

Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is a hub of innovation across land, sea, and air, working on projects like the RB17 Hypercar, a Red Bull-commissioned submarine, collaborations with KTM Moto GP Team, and America’s Cup campaigns with Alinghi Red Bull Racing. Drawing on Formula One expertise, we push the boundaries of design and technology.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join the supply chain team at RBAT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm the quality of parts and assemblies produced for and by RBAT, supporting design and technical expectations using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ensure understanding and adherence to quality procedures at all inspection stages.
• Accurately and promptly enter data into the business systems, including Parts Management and Quality reporting systems.
• Identify non-conforming components, complete inspection reports, and provide accurate information for decision-making.
• Support Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) activities with sustainable measures.
• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to improve part performance, reliability, and structural integrity.
• Perform weekly calibration and log entries of quality equipment, including probes and laser scanners.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Polyworks, including programming and editing.
• Have extensive knowledge of inspection processes using CMM, Romer Arm, and hand tools; knowledge of height gauges, shadow graphs, hardness testing, and form tracers is beneficial.
• Thorough understanding of metrology principles, measurement techniques, and GD&T for robust inspection.
• Experience working with CAD models, including interrogation, layer setting, and reference sets.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality environment working under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, and FMEA deployment and use.
