Job summary

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading corporate housing provider to hire a Quality Assurance Coordinator for the UK team. You will coordinate pre-arrival inspections with suppliers across the UK and review inspection reports to ensure properties meet standards before guest check-in.

You will identify issues, work with suppliers to resolve them, and manage inspection schedules while keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Housing, Relocation, Hospitality, Property or Real Estate sectors.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-arrival inspections with suppliers across the UK.
• Review inspection reports and ensure properties meet quality standards.
• Identify and follow up on any issues with suppliers.
• Manage inspection schedules, bookings and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
