About you:

You are an exceptional quality leader with excellent problem-solving skills and many years of hands-on quality assurance experience. You are an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and adept at communicating upwards and downwards. You are curious, love to dive deep, collect data to make well-informed decisions, and use sound judgment even with limited data. You follow the latest technologies. You possess strong leadership qualities and have a track record of delivering great solutions.

Job responsibilities:

QA Engineers test code through various methods, including manual test cases, writing test automation, and using different tools. They utilize black box, gray box, and white box testing techniques; understand software internals, debug using log files, and develop automated tests or user-level test automation tools. They collaborate with Software Development Engineers to understand features and technical implementation. They also work with groups such as Product Management, User Experience Design, and Customer Support to understand customer usage models and develop test plans and test suites that simulate real-world environments and regression tests. QA Engineers are responsible for driving the software development process towards quality-centric methodologies.

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience in manual testing
• Experience as QA lead on medium to large-sized projects

Preferred skills include experience with automated test frameworks like Selenium or Appium, and the ability to gather test requirements, create detailed test plans, and define quality metrics to measure product quality.
