Our role is to support the Operations team in delivering products on time and to quality standards by:

  • Reducing customer escapes and concessions through quality improvement tools.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Adhering to the Quality Management System and regulatory standards like EASA Part 21, EN 9100, and NADCAP.
  • Preparing for and participating in audits.
  • Managing audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Developing customer escape prevention and concession reduction plans.
  • Applying quality tools such as PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 8D, SPC.

Job Requirements

  • Support quality plans for new products and customers.
  • Lead zero concessions plans for new products.
  • Ensure correct completion of first article reports.
  • Develop non-quality cost reduction plans.
  • Support waste elimination in production.
  • Operate within the quality budget.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Quality assurance experience in manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Problem-solving and project delivery experience.
  • Application of quality tools (PFMEA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience with aerospace quality standards.
  • French language skills are beneficial but not essential.
