You will be working as part of a team as a result of growth with a strong career path available within the business. Ideally you will have both Manual & Automation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, strategies, and roadmaps to ensure product quality.Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.Lead risk analysis to prioritise testing efforts and identify key focus areas.
Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, security, and scalability.
Ensure complete test coverage through the creation of detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Monitor and report on QA metrics, including test coverage, defect rates, and release readiness.
Continuously assess and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
