We’re looking for a QA Engineer with hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join a contract engagement with a forward-thinking client based in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute test plans for Dynamics 365 CRM applications
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards
Support UAT and release cycles

Ideal Experience:

Strong experience testing Dynamics 365 CRM
Solid understanding of QA methodologies and tools
Experience in both manual and automated testing
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

Exposure to Power Platform or related Microsoft technologies
Experience with test automation frameworks
Previous contract experience in fast-paced delivery teams
