Job summary

Congruity360 is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer in Belfast. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team covering automated functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify issues early.

You will drive quality-related decision making, collaborate with developers and product teams, and contribute to high-quality software delivering superior client experiences. The role is NI-based with UK work eligibility.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in software testing and development
• Strong testing background across multiple stages (functional, regression, integration, performance)
• Proactive communicator with attention to detail and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Lead testing across all stages of the product lifecycle, including automated functional, regression, integration and performance tests.
• Drive quality-related decision making within the team and company.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve testing processes.

Job Summary:

This role offers the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team covering all testing stages of the product lifecycle, including automated functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify development issues early. The role will encourage continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies. The successful candidate will be actively involved in driving quality-related decision making within the team, and company and exhibit a strong desire to produce high quality software to provide a superior client experience.

Education requirements:

• A University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field

Experience:

• 3 years relevant software engineering and testing experience


• Proactive attitude with great communications skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to work well with people are essential

Essential Criteria:

• Exposure to a variety of testing protocols and tools with a deep understanding of implementation best-practices.


• Strong technical and analytical skills.
