Job summary

Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks is seeking a Quality & Assurance Coordinator to join the Business Assurance team. The role focuses on improving processes, maintaining high standards, and supporting quality assurance activities across a large organisation.

You will help with document control, business reporting and continuous improvement initiatives to meet regulatory and operational commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting quality assurance, governance, compliance or business improvement activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work to deadlines.
• Experience creating, maintaining or improving processes, procedures, guidance documents or operational standards.
• Good analytical skills with experience producing reports, maintaining databases or working with performance information
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders and influence positive change.

Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Perth, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Portsmouth, or any SSEN location

Salary: £34,749 - £40,939 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

We're looking for a Quality & Assurance Coordinator to join our Business Assurance team within SSEN Distribution.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, maintaining high standards, and working with colleagues across a large organisation. You'll play a key role in supporting quality assurance activities, document control, business reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that help ensure we meet our regulatory and operational commitments.

You will
