Job summary

SSE plc’s SSEN Distribution seeks a Quality & Assurance Coordinator to join the Business Assurance team. Base location spans Perth, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Portsmouth or any SSEN location, with 50% on-site time.

You will help improve processes, maintain high standards, and support QA activities, document control, and robust reporting across the organisation. The role is permanent, full-time with Flexible First options and a salary of £34,749 - £40,939 plus benefits; location

• Experience supporting quality assurance and governance activities.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating or improving processes and standards.
• Good analytical skills and reporting experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate document control and keep documentation compliant.
• Produce and analyse management information and training statistics.
