Quality Assurance (QA) is the first line of defence, guiding operational teams in planning, designing, and implementing change. As we transform, our people play a key role in enhancing services and establishing strong quality metrics.
Our specialist QA team provides independent assurance through rigorous monitoring and customer outcomes testing, ensuring operations align with business needs, client expectations, and regulatory standards.

You'll conduct rigorous quality assurance assessments on calls, written communications, and overall claims experience to identify knowledge gaps, trends, and compliance issues, ensuring adherence to Sedgwick standards and client expectations.
