A leading supplier of food ingredients in London is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to support the QHSE department. This role involves maintaining compliance with food safety standards, assisting in audits, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate has experience in food manufacturing or food safety and a background in Food Science or Chemistry. This is a full-time position offering an opportunity to grow within a supportive team.

Competenze

• Experience in a food manufacturing or food safety environment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., BRCGS, ISO standards).
• Good understanding of food safety principles and CCPs.

Mansioni

• Support the completion of customer and supplier questionnaires.
• Maintain and update QHSE databases.
• Assist with investigations into customer complaints.

Conoscenze

Experience in food manufacturing or food safety
