Fleet Mortgages is seeking a Quality Assurance Assessor to independently review customer interactions, lending decisions and processes against regulatory requirements and internal standards. You will analyse data, provide targeted feedback and drive improvements across the lending journey.

Qualifications

• Strong observational skills and accuracy in applying standards.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine QA activities across lending journeys and ensure impartiality.
• Provide constructive feedback to teams on policy adherence, training needs and process improvements.
• Record QA results accurately and maintain SLA compliance.
• Suggest improvements to customer outcomes and service efficiency through established channels.
