Job Description:

XCM is looking for a QA Analyst on a 12-month contract.

Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support testing of SQL database development and integrated CRM or Reporting Applications. Responsibilities include facilitating requirements within a team environment and ensuring the successful completion of projects, which will be specified, estimated, and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and creating test scenarios for all projects
• Support the creation of automation test scripts
• Support UAT activities, including defect management and test log creation
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of Test Plans
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Development teams to define test scenarios and resolve issues
• Support UAT resources and system queries
• Work with the Test Lead to define the test strategy
• Assist with business-as-usual activities on databases
• Draft test closure plans for stakeholder sign-off
• Report testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Support XCM initiatives involving the testing team
