We are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our Integrated Urgent Care team, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient services across NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Services (CAS) and Out of Hours (OOH) services throughout London. Working closely with the Regional Quality & Patient Experience Manager, you'll be at the centre of quality assurance activity, coordinating clinical audits, maintaining accurate records, analysing performance data and supporting governance processes. Your work will help ensure clinicians receive meaningful feedback and that patients continue to receive safe, effective and high-quality care. The salary for this role is £26,500 per annum and working Five days a week 9-5. You will be based in our Stockley Park office in Uxbridge.
