Qualifications

  • Experience working in an organization operating a Quality Management System (QMS) such as ISO9001:2015.
  • Experience compiling documentation and records.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Team to ensure compliance with ETS and PBI guidelines.
  • Daily administration of the QMS including monitoring Non-Conformances.
  • Assisting with Internal Audits and creating reports.

Job description

We are seeking a Quality Assistant to assist in the day to day running and administration of Tropic’s Quality Management System whilst ensuring compliance to Excellence Through Stewardship (ETS) and Plant Breeding Innovation (PBI) guidelines.

Responsibilities

· Supporting the Quality Team to ensure Compliance to Excellence Through Stewardship (ETS) and Plant Breeding Innovation (PBI) guidelines by supporting other teams to understand what these guidelines are

· Supporting the Quality Team to implement and improve QMS processes

· Daily administration of the QMS including monitoring Non-Conformances, CAPAs, Training Records and Document Control

· Monitoring the Quality email inbox and responding as necessary

· Supporting monthly generation of KPI’s

· Assisting with Internal Audits, and creating reports

· Supporting teams on QMS processes

· Supporting the Quality Team when hosting external Audits

· Any ad-hoc responsibilities as reasonably required at this level

Requirements

Desirable:

· Analytical, and Problem-solving Skills

· Experience working in an organisation operating a Quality Management System (QMS) such as ISO9001:2015, Excellence Through Stewardship or equivalent

· Experience interacting with core QMS functions such as NC/CAPA, Change Management, Document Control, Audit & Risk Management

· Experience compiling documentation and records

· Experience working on a LIMS, eQMS, ERP software or equivalent

· Experience training and/or supporting others
