Job summary

Alfred H Knight is offering a Group Quality Apprentice position in Liverpool, UK. The role supports the quality approach across the group laboratory network, handling QC materials, stock control, and method validation in line with company procedures.

Successful candidates will progress to a Level 5 qualification and may transition into a full-time quality role. The package includes pension, life assurance, and employee assistance, with scope for development.

Qualifications

• Familiar with QMS and ISO accreditation requirements.
• Knowledge of lab quality control materials and stock management.
• Experience with validation and verification of methods according to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the control and administration of QC materials across the group laboratory network.
• Maintain stock, supply, and replacement stocks to ensure continued compliance.
• Assist with validation and verification of in-use and new methods per company procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the group quality function.
