Job summary

Alfred H Knight in Liverpool, UK is seeking a Group Quality Manager (M&M Labs) to lead the quality strategy across the group laboratories and drive continual improvement in metals and minerals analysis.

You will report to the Group Quality Lead, guiding crucial Group Quality and Technical programs to support business goals while engaging with stakeholders at all levels to standardise quality protocols and ensure ISO 17025 compliance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of statistics and method validation.
• Able to process large data sets to reach conclusions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google suites, LIMS, etc.
• Able to set up and manage ISO 17025 compliant Quality Management Systems.
• Deep understanding of the chemistry related to commercial assay methods.
• Effective people management skills.
• Effective project management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and execute the Group Quality strategy across Group Laboratory operations.
• Drive strategic Group Quality and Technical programs to support business goals.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to standardise processes and ensure compliance.
