Quality and Compliance Advisor

Location – M4 corridor (Bristol, Oxford, South of England)

Type: Permanent, full-time (hybrid working)

Role Overview:

The Quality and Compliance Advisor is responsible for developing and implementing effective systems to ensure our company's services are fit for purpose, consistent, and meet both external and internal requirements. This includes ensuring legal compliance, contractual obligations, and stakeholder needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produce data, and report on performance against standards.
• Conduct internal audits of management systems and lead external audits across the group.
• Collaborate with managers and staff to ensure the quality management system functions properly, advising on changes and providing tools for quality achievement.
• Develop and review company quality procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and manage investigations and root cause analysis of complaints.
• Establish and maintain controls and documentation procedures aligned with business needs.
• Gather relevant data, produce statistical reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement necessary changes and improvements using appropriate quality tools.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform internal audits for Quality, Environmental, and H&S Management Systems.
• Promote awareness and understanding of the management system through communication channels.
• Maintain effective document and record control to demonstrate compliance.
