Our client is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Quality Control Administrator to join their well established electronic repair business. This role will suit someone who will take control of the position, has a willingness to learn with attention to detail and good communication skills. Good eyesight is required due to the nature of the role. Technical knowledge of electronic repairs, ideally down to component level is advantageous.

This role will involve checking repairs and liaising with the team across the business.

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Administrator:

• Checking the quality of electronic repairs before despatch
• Accurately input data into the system and update job statuses/completions
• Liaising back to engineers
• Working alongside the admin team and assisting when required
• Ensuring all paperwork is correct
• Processing shipments back to customers
