Job summary

Inspire Resourcing Ltd. is seeking an Electronics QA Inspector to join the quality team. The role involves inspection, testing, fault finding and quality assurance to ensure electronic products meet customer specifications before dispatch.

You will work with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to maintain high standards, perform functional testing, and support continuous improvement activities in a diverse electronics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting and testing electronic products.
• Good understanding of SMT and PCB assembly processes.
• Ability to fault find to Component level.
• Experience repairing and reworking electronic assemblies.
• Experience in ISO 9001 environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCB assemblies and electronic products.
• Carry out functional testing of electronic assemblies and finished products.
• Diagnose faults to component level and complete repairs.
• Investigate returned products and identify root causes of failures.
• Identify, report and help resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process control activities.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection, test and quality documentation.
• Support the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including internal audits.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to ensure customer requirements are consistently achieved.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced QA Inspector / Electronics Test Technician to join their quality team.
