My client is expanding and is looking for a Quality Administrator to join their team, making this an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career or an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge.

This Quality Administrator role will give you the chance to become an integral part of the Quality Department, supporting the maintenance of accurate quality records, documentation control and internal quality systems. You’ll gain valuable experience across quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to work with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, customer requirements and internal quality management systems.

The Quality Administrator position would suit someone with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, who enjoys being organised, detail-focused and keen to learn. Whether you’re a recent university graduate looking to take your first step into a quality-focused career or you already have relevant experience, your willingness to develop and strong potential will be valued, with full training provided to help you become fully competent in the role.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • £13 per hour, working 37.5 hours per week
  • Permanent position with a growing and expanding business
  • Full training and development to support you in becoming fully competent in the Quality Administrator role
  • A varied opportunity to develop experience across quality, compliance, documentation and continuous improvement

Working Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 6:00am to 2:00pm, you’ll be joining a team where your contribution will have a genuine impact on maintaining high operational and quality standards.

As a Quality Administrator, you’ll have the opportunity to support a broad range of activities, from managing the Internal Management System and databases to raising non-conformances, dealing with customer complaints, checking quarantined stock and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
