Job summary

Curion in Leeds is seeking an experienced Qualitative Associate Director with a strong food and beverage background and at least five years of client-facing experience. You will oversee multiple complex projects, lead project teams, and drive profitable growth while maintaining high-quality outputs.

The role emphasizes client management, proposals, budgeting and strategic development. You will nurture relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights in line with Curion’s

Qualifications

• Background in food and beverage industry.
• 5+ years in client-facing and client-management roles.
• Experience leading multiple complex research projects.
• Strong commercial skills: proposals, costing, forecasting.
• Experience leading qualitative research (IDIs, online boards, focus groups).
• Degree in a relevant field preferred but not essential.
• Able to commute/relocate to Leeds.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead project teams and manage resources with junior/senior support.
• Ensure quality across questionnaires, data, reports, and outputs.
