Our Qualified Train Drivers are essential in setting a new standard for rail travel, focusing on creating a relaxed, fast, efficient, and enjoyable experience for passengers. They also provide technical and operational expertise within our teams, ensuring the highest service standards.

We prioritize Safety and Customer Service and seek individuals with excellent Safety Critical records, who enjoy teamwork.

Additional Information:

Safety and passenger satisfaction are central to our operations. The application process includes an online Situational Judgement exercise, a review of the RSSB B1 Transfer of Safety Critical Information history, and a selection interview focused on key role requirements.

Essential Considerations:

• Live within 60 minutes of the depot for safety reasons.
• Be able to arrive for various shifts, including weekends and nights, with varying start and finish times.
