Job Overview:
As a Level 3 Technician/Assistant Manager, you will be at the forefront of the workshop's operations, responsible for carrying out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicles. In addition to your technical expertise, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop, supporting and mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including task allocation and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work carried out.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and repairs to customers clearly and professionally.
• Ensure all work is in compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations.
• Help with managing inventory and ordering parts when needed.

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving license.
