Connex Education Partnership is seeking Qualified Teachers to work across Darlington and surrounding areas, offering daily supply, short-term, and long-term placements.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, have UK school experience, and can deliver engaging lessons while safeguarding pupils. Flexible hours and potential for long-term roles are available, with September 2026 start dates and opportunities in both full-time and part-time placements.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching within a UK school setting.
• Are passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
