Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking Qualified Teachers to cover flexible, temporary opportunities in Oxford secondary schools. Roles include delivering engaging lessons for KS3 and KS4, following set curricula, and maintaining positive classroom behaviour.

Both full-time and part-time placements available with ASAP starts. Ideal candidates hold QTS (ECTs welcome) and demonstrate strong classroom management, relationship-building with pupils and staff, and adaptability to different school environments.

Qualifications

Job Title: Qualified Teachers' Needed

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £170 - £250 per day

These schools offer welcoming environments where teachers are supported to deliver engaging lessons, build positive relationships with pupils and make a genuine impact in the classroom.

We are looking for Qualified Teachers for temporary full-time and part-time opportunities with an ASAP start, offering flexibility around your availability. The successful Qualified Teacher will deliver engaging lessons to secondary-aged pupils, follow planned curriculum content, maintain positive classroom behaviour and ensure students remain motivated and focused on their learning.

The successful Qualified Teacher will have:

• QTS / Qualified Teacher Status, with ECTs also encouraged to apply
• Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and/or Key Stage 4 / KS4
