Job description

Job Title: Qualified Spanish Teacher

Location: East of England, Essex, Leigh-on-Sea

Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 per annum

Job Duties:
  • Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality Spanish language lessons to students.
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment to facilitate effective learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching materials.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Degree in Spanish language or related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in teaching Spanish to students of varying levels.
Education:
  • Degree in Spanish language or related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience:
  • Teaching Spanish to students of varying levels.
  • Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish language and culture.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
