Are you an experienced Adults Social Worker - Localities Team

Do you have a passion for helping others?

If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Doncaster Council - Localities Team. This is a full-time role offering up to £38,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Here's the Role:

• Conduct strength-based assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014.
• Develop personalised support plans to promote independence and well-being.
• Work in partnership with service users, families, carers, and other professionals.
• Undertake safeguarding enquiries and apply the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal.
• Manage a diverse caseload and maintain high-quality, up-to-date case records.
• Contribute to team development and service improvement initiatives.
