Job Description:

Here in the Adult Localities Team, we have an exciting opportunity for experienced social workers to assist us in a project to ensure timely support and assessments are delivered for customers.

Candidates need to have an excellent understanding of the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, and have extensive experience working in adult social care statutory settings—preferably in Localities or Project Teams.

Candidates also need to be able to work at pace to ensure that timely support is achieved, whilst still ensuring person-centred, strengths-based assessments and support planning.
