About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care.
  • Undertake high-quality assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions.
  • Work closely with partner agencies and families to promote safety, stability, and wellbeing.
  • Attend and contribute to case conferences, court proceedings, and multi-agency meetings.
  • Ensure all practice is in line with statutory requirements and local policies.
