Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of short breaks provision for children with disabilities.
• Excellent multi-disciplinary communication skills.

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team in Kettering.

The successful candidate will have essential experience working with children with disabilities (CWD) and be confident managing complex cases while delivering high-quality, child-centred support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of children with disabilities, undertaking assessments and identifying individual needs.
• Undertake Child in Need, Child Protection and Children in Care work.
• Complete assessments of need and ensure appropriate support is identified and delivered.
