Vitalis is recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in an Adult Safeguarding team in Wirral.

An experienced adult social worker is required to undertake Care Act assessments and reviews. Candidates should have knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, and be able to undertake MCA's and best interest assessments. Experience in safeguarding, Continuing Health Care, and attending CHC/MDT meetings is essential. Candidates must be prepared to undertake face-to-face visits.
