Qualified Social Worker, Adult Safeguarding Team

Pay rate to £30 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for an Adult Safeguarding Team in Sutton. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years post-qualification experience, specifically in safeguarding roles involving S42 safeguarding work.

The responsibilities include triaging incoming safeguarding referrals, assessing whether they meet the threshold for enquiry, and determining the appropriate course of action to address risks. The social worker will formulate protection plans prioritizing the needs and voices of service users, working collaboratively with professionals, families, carers, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes.
