Job Description:

GrowFactor, a global accountancy firm, is seeking a driven and qualified Senior Accountant with UAE tax experience to join our team remotely from Dubai.

About the Role:

You will provide strategic financial advice, focusing on mastering finances, minimizing taxes, and developing strategic plans for clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Mapping business goals and developing strategies.
• Reviewing financial performance and providing insights.
• Delivering CFO-level consulting.
• Creating tax strategies for clients.

While some compliance work (about 15%) is involved, the main focus (50%) will be on CFO consulting and tax planning, along with client meetings. Additional tasks include team training (20%) and client communication (15%). A dedicated Client Service Coordinator will support administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CFO consulting sessions and advisory meetings.
• Facilitate strategic goal setting.
• Collaborate on strategy and client development within owner-managed businesses.
• Provide high-level accounting and tax advice with support as needed.
• Review compliance documents, tax returns, and financial statements.
• Conduct tax reviews for personal and business clients.
• Coach offshore accounting team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development through networking and referrals.
