Job Description:

GrowFactor, a global accountancy firm, is seeking a driven and qualified Senior Accountant with UAE tax experience to join our team remotely based in Dubai. This role involves providing strategic financial advice, tax planning, and CFO-level consulting to clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading CFO consulting sessions and advisory meetings.
• Developing strategic plans and mapping business goals.
• Reviewing financial performance and providing actionable insights.
• Creating tax strategies for clients.
• Conducting final reviews of compliance documents, tax returns, and financial statements.
• Providing high-level accounting and tax advice.
• Coaching offshore accounting team members.
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

About You:

You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least 5 years of experience, including UAE tax filing (Sales Tax, Corporate Tax). You are proactive, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You thrive in a remote environment and are committed to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Full ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience advising clients or working in industry with an element of advisory or financial analysis/management accounting.
• 3+ years experience in UAE tax filing.
• Fully remote working based in Dubai.
