Job Description:

GrowFactor, a global accountancy firm, is seeking a driven and qualified Business Advisory Senior to provide strategic financial advice and intelligence to our clients. This is a fully remote role based in Dubai.

About the Role:

You will empower business owners to achieve their goals by focusing on mastering finances, minimizing taxes, and developing strategic plans. Your responsibilities include:

• Mapping business goals and developing strategic plans.
• Reviewing financial performance and providing insights.
• Delivering CFO-level consulting sessions.
• Creating tax strategies for clients.

While some compliance work (about 15%) is involved, your primary focus (50%) will be on CFO consulting, tax planning, and client meetings. Additional time will be spent on team training (20%) and client communication (15%). You will be supported by a Client Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CFO consulting sessions and advisory meetings.
• Facilitate strategic goal setting.
• Collaborate on strategy and client development within owner-managed businesses.
• Provide high-level accounting and tax advice with specialist support.
• Review compliance documents, tax returns, and financial statements.
• Conduct tax reviews for personal and business clients.
• Coach offshore team members.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to business development through networking and referrals.

About You:

You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) passionate about helping businesses thrive. You possess:

Qualifications:
